Hi Mike,

I just wanted to send an email to say a big thank you for letting us hire your beautiful Villa Coco.
It was everything a family of 10 could have asked for and more .
On arrival the kids were all running about the huge space while the adults were mouths wide open saying 'WOW this is perfect, and look there are beers and wine cold in the fridge' -a very welcome surprise after 4 hours on the plane with very excited children!
The pool was a huge hit as it was heated and the kids could spend so much time in it without getting cold, I was so glad about the safety gates as it meant I didn't constantly worry that my 1 and 3 year old were going to take a dip on their own!
We did a couple of bbq's and the ample kitchen was great for us as we did cook in a fair bit too.
The decor and furnishings were done to an outstanding level really spot on, and we really didnt want to come home.
I will not be hesitant in telling all my clients about your villa, as us hairdressers do like to talk about holidays, and they were all curious as we were such a big group !
So just to say thanks again for everything , I am sure we will return too.

Just a quick note to let you know we had a wonderful holiday and enjoyed your villa very much indeed. The facilities for young children are perfect with the gated patio area and we will hopefully be in touch for a repeat trip next year.

Just a quick to thank you for renting us your villa last week. We had a great time and as predicted your villa was perfect for a break with our young children. The villa was of an exceptional standard, very spacious, comfortable beds and our every need catered for including the draw of toys and mandatory inflatables for the pool. The villa information pack, directions and arrival pack were all very useful and welcome. We also rent a property through ownersdirect ref w11. We have started discussing next year and could well be contacting you about the possibility of a week either side of autumn half term if available.

Your villa exceeded our expectations and we all had a brilliant time. The facilities were excellent and we made good use of the bbq area but the pool was the biggest hit with all.

Well Mike what can I say? Your villa is fantastic and we have just had one of the most memorable holidays of our lives.

Everything worked really well with my groups of people and all the comings and goings put different dynamics on the holiday so Norman and I had about 5 different holidays rolled into one.

We did not need a car and found the position of the villa superb for exploring Playa Blanca. We did loads of walking and the mountain at our doorstep almost was good exercise! We did not explore the island as much as we thought we would. The villa was so gorgeous we did not want to go out. However, we did the volcano trip and this was worth while and so interesting. We did a deal with a taxi driver !. The taxi rank and the local little supermarket were a bonus as they are so near the villa. As you said the taxis are so cheap.

Liz Glynn and Joyce were great and extremely helpful. Liz and Glynn recommended Hyper Dino in town for shopping and we normally walked there and then ordered a taxi back from the supermarket information desk so that was great. The fruit shop next door was brilliant too. I am glad I arranged the extra cleaning and bed changes and felt it was well worth the additional cost. It just added a little bit more luxury to a luxurious villa.

We had about 4 barbecues at the villa and ate many lunches on the terrace with our many bottles of champagne.

I have to say all your restaurant recommendations were good and we found that actually all the food out was of a pretty good standard. We loved the tapas bar at the end of the town beach.
The beach near the villa, Flamingo beach, is idyllic for kids and Nicola and Tony went there every day with Charley. However like Norman and I and all our guests, they loved your pool which is a superb size for a private villa. I loved the Dorada beach, as I love to swim in the sea so we had a day on sun beds on the beach. We were extremely lucky with the weather and had mainly sunny days. When it is cloudy in the morning it seems to blow over very quickly which is great. It is a bit windy in Lanzarote but actually I loved that as it makes the heat more bearable.

We managed to leave by 10am on our final day- just!. We spent the day at the Princess Yaiza, leaving our luggage with concierge. We had a most amazing meal at the Don Giovani restaurant and they did a huge fresh cream and fruit cake complimentary which was unexpected.

Mike we were privileged to rent the villa and thank-you for all your help in advance with my planning which made for such a smooth and organized holiday.

I am sure we shall speak to you later this week but wanted to send you a big thank you. Do feel free to put this on your website. I have asked my guests to do their own reviews too.
Do I have any complaints- no. However, I am an obsessive cleaner and I wanted to keep the villa spic and span so I was re- named “molly mopper” by the end of the holiday.

Hi Mike,
We just want to say our stay at Villa Coco was absolutely fantastic, the villa exceeded our expectations by far, giving us a home from home whilst we were on holiday. The standard of the facilities was everything that was promised on the website and more and taking a 3 month old baby was no trouble with the cot and high chair on hand! The location was well placed to allow us give our 4 year old some much needed exercise and although we hired a car we only used it once or twice during the week as walking in to Playa Blanca was no trouble and we even walked to the Marina twice!
The weather was no issue, and I would say with a small baby the overcast sky probably suited us more.
All in all Mike thanks for a great time in the villa and if we return to Playa Blanca I will be back on the phone.

I have been meaning to e-mail to let you know that we had a fantastic time in your Villa. I cannot think of anything it was lacking, it is a beautiful villa in a beautiful setting.
The information pack you sent was brilliant and everything happened as it should with no problems whatsoever.
Unfortunately we did not have the best of weather, apparently the worst in 7 years. So we did have quite a bit of rain, lots of cloud and a little chilly some days in a very gusty wind. However, this did not hamper our holiday at all.
Thank you so much for letting us stay in your villa. Playa Blanca is the perfect place to stay. We did explore the island, which we found surprisingly smaller than we thought, and felt that Playa Blanca was definately the best resort.
 I have added your villa to my favourites and shall keep your e-mail address for the future as I would love to stay at your villa again

The lady who manages the villa really helped our holiday go smoothly. The welcome groceries were a lovely touch and very much appreciated.
Thank you to your daughter for allowing us to use her villa on the last day. It was great to have somewhere to store our luggage and get changed before the late flight home. A very kind gesture, thank you.
I will certainly be recommending your villa very highly. This was our first holiday abroad with the children and we are thrilled we picked such a memorable choice.

I just had to write and thank you for the most wonderful holiday. We absolutely love the Villa it is beautiful. From the moment we arrived and saw your lovely welcome pack and the much appreciated groceries we were smitten.
We had a fantastic time thanks to your lovely hospitality and the beautiful decor. The children were spoilt for choice will all the CD's and Videos available - that's when they were finally out of the pool!
We really did not want to leave the Villa, the holiday went far too quickly, the Veranda is one of our favourite parts of the Villa as it provides welcome shade and a lovely relaxing area when using the BBQ of an evening.
We have highly recommended Villa CoCo to our family and friends and can't wait to come back in April.

Hi Mike - I have been meaning to write all week, but somehow life took over (it has a nasty habit of doing that!).
We had a truly wonderful week in your villa - it exceeded all our expectations; the pool, quality of decor and the equipment and facilities were all fantastic. And it was so quiet - not a sound past about 8pm... just how we like it :o)
I can't remember if I mentioned it before, but we are now villa veterans; having hired properties twice a year for a fair few years now. And as a result, we can be quite picky! My husband and I were talking last weekend about whether there was any constructive feedback we could give and I can honestly say the only small thing we would mention was lack of shade around the pool/terrace area... some umbrellas would be nice! But, we did notice that the stands were around, so suspect there are reasons why there aren't any (guests leaving them out in windy conditions to get damaged perhaps?); so do understand your dilemma. Another tiny bit of feedback... the dark evenings arrived while we were there, but it was still warm enough to sit out and eat in the evenings (wonderful!) - another light at the bbq end of the terrace would have been welcome. Neither of these things affected our enjoyment of the holiday though... so please take it in the spirit in which it is meant.
 
We had wonderful weather, and our daughter lived in your pool all week - starting off not liking getting her face wet and finishing the week jumping in from the side! We like Playa Blanca and suspect we will return (if you'll have us!).

There was plenty of room for both families and we felt very much at home from the moment we stepped in. Whenever we go back to Playa Blanca Coco Villa will be our first choice.

We really did have such a fantastic time.. probably one of the best holidays that we have had, and it was made so perfect by your accomodation and attention to detail. We were definitly very sad to be leaving Villa Coco! All of your team were extremely helpful and we wanted for nothing!
 We are really hoping to be able to go back later this year, although I see from your bookings you are already pretty full! If not, hopefully we will be able to squeeze in next year!

Yes I am pleased to say we had a very enjoyable holiday. All facilities at the villa were excellent,The private pool was a real bonus and managed to get used every day, even Christmas Day. We all thought the layout of the villa very good and your garden was much admired.
 
I was very impressed by the amount of helpful information given in your advance package all of which was very useful. There is, however, one item which might of been useful and that is how to get hold of emergency medical help. Fortunately we did not need any but as 6/7ths of us were over 60.....!!
 
I do hope that will will return to Lanzarote in the near future and to Villa Coco.

My friends and I had the most wonderful holiday in your villa, everything came up to expectations and more. The villa met are needs totally and in fact, we spent most of the time in it enjoying the excellent facilities and lounging by the pool soaking up the sun rather than going out and about as initially intended. Joyce looked after us very well and your' Pool Man' suggested a lovely restaurant to spend New Year in. We certainally will look at booking your villa again and I will be recommending it to many of my friends.

Hello Mike,
Thank you very much for allowing us to rent Villa Coco recently. We all had an amazing holiday, it couldn't have been better. When we arrived, it was great to find some provisions and cold drinks to enjoy whilst we settled in, very welcoming.
The village and weather were really great but Villa Coco was outstanding and provided us with so much space and luxury, it was perfect.
We all thoroughly enjoyed spending time there and infact, we didn't venture far other than daily walks for shopping and to visit the beach and the occasional meal out. We all particularly enjoyed spending time in and around the pool, relaxing on the terrace and of course, plenty of barbecues. It was all the more enjoyable as the children were clearly having such a great time.
 I think that our holiday in villa Coco exceeded all of our expectations.It was also great to receive your very clear information via email and through the post prior to our holiday and it meant that finding the villa and getting in was very smooth. It was also fantastic to be able to spend a little more time at the villa on our last morning there before transferring to the airport. Thank you very much indeed for allowing us to do that, we really did appreciate it. Joyce was also very helpful. We did ask if she could advise us about our return transfer to the airport and she very kindly arranged it for us which was great. If you wouldn't mind thanking her again on our behalf we would be most grateful.So, many thanks once again. We really did have a wonderful time and would definitely recommend Villa Coco to our friends and family.

In reply to last comments:Feedback is very important to us, this was our response: Many thanks for your comments and for the kind and positive comments you have made. I am so pleased that you have pointed out a couple of points which we could improve on and in respect of the shade to the pool area patio, we did provide umbrellas and stands but unfortunately some of our guests left the up when they were not in the villa and some of the umbrellas were blown away, ending up in the next street, luckily no one was injured!! I will however revisit this and see if I can find a more permanent solution. With regards to the light over the BBQ, I think this is a good idea and will arrange for one to be installed.
We are so pleased you enjoyed your holiday in our villa and would be absolutely delighted were you to choose our villa again in the future. Mike
